Robert Varon

Real Estate, Hospitality & Strategic Development

Robert Varon has built a cross-disciplinary career spanning technology, sales, real estate, and hospitality. He began his professional journey in the technology sector, gaining international experience in both Türkiye and the Netherlands through roles focused on technology management, training systems, and business development.

He later expanded into growth-oriented commercial and strategic positions across multiple industries before founding his own venture focused on developing innovative business solutions.

Since 2012, he has been actively involved in large-scale real estate development, tourism, and hospitality projects, leading strategic growth, business development, and operational initiatives across a diverse portfolio. He currently serves in a senior executive leadership role and also holds several board memberships within the real estate and hospitality sectors.

Nikitas Rontogiannis

Civil Engineer & Architect Engineer

Civil Engineer & Architect Engineer Nikitas Rontogiannis holds a degree in Civil Engineering in 2003 and a degree in Architectural Engineering in 2018. He has also spent a year studying at the Technical University of Berlin as an Erasmus student.

He has worked in Greece and abroad, including the United Arab Emirates, in large-scale projects as a site manager and project manager. He has extensive experience in application studies and in the cooperation between designers and manufacturers.

Myron Kyniglakis

Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer Myron Kyniglakis has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2003 and a Master’s degree in Robotics and Automatic Control Systems in 2005.

He has been involved in a variety of special engineering projects of high demands and complexity in large construction companies initially and then in his own sophisticated engineering practice. He has a deep knowledge of the most innovative systems and materials that can be incorporated into modern buildings.
